Our planet is amazing! We all love some part of it - and it is great to focus on these parts and celebrate them. There is beauty everywhere - especially in nature!
So, let’s all celebrate the Earth this Earth Day but we also must be realistic and accept that we, as a collective human race, have not looked after this planet well enough - especially in developed nations.

This year's Earth Day theme is: Planet vs Plastic
The focus of this year's Earth Day is on plastics, an obviously major issue within waste, and also specifically in E-waste as plastic is used so often in the manufacturing of many technologies.
The organisers and supporters of Earth Day are calling for a 60% reduction in ALL plastic production by 2040!
