Testimonial - Holy Cross Catholic Primary Academy

We recently carried out an IT Asset collection for Holy Cross Catholic Primary Academy (HCCPA) and are pleased and grateful for the feedback!

We always confirm that the basics are covered - the driver/team arriving on time, arriving fully prepared and well presented/courteous - to which HCCPA said yes to all and gave a special shoutout to Tom (one of ICEX GROUP’s drivers) saying, “He was very good.”

So, good job, Tom! Making the team proud!

We then asked if they were satisfied with our overall performance to which they said, “Yes, no problems.”

We also always check, as it is a good indicator of a job well done, if they would use us again and if they would recommend us. They said, “Yes, if they need this service again” and they “would recommend us to other schools”. This is great to hear and affirms to us that we carried out a good job - well done to the team!

Finally, we ask the all-important question: “What did you most appreciate about our service?” HCCPA replied, “Booking the service from start to finish was easy and quick”.

This is something we always aspire to achieve - to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for your organisation to be more sustainable regarding technology.

The team at ICEX GROUP are here to help make your organisation's technology more sustainable.
