Congratulations to Andy for 20 years of fantastic work at ICEX GROUP!

Please join everyone here at ICEX in wishing Andy Rushen, our Warehouse Manager, a huge thank you and congratulations for 20 years here. The time has flown by!

We are very grateful and proud to have great team retention at ICEX and Andy is a testament to this.

As Warehouse Manager, Andy is responsible for … you guessed it … the Warehouse at ICEX! He makes sure everything is in order and manages all the stock going through. Andy works on unloading, correct and secure packaging, labelling, preparing for any despatches and more.

As ICEX collects tons of machines, we always aim to bring them ‘back to life’ - Revive - and, as such, this means we often ship revived kit back out again. So Andy deals with deliveries, storage and despatches.

Andy says he likes working for ICEX, in part because of the part we play in helping to reduce E-Waste, which in turn helps the planet. He also likes the team feeling of working here.

In his free time, Andy enjoys playing the guitar and loves music in general. 🎸🎶

He says “I also collect guitars and rock'n'roll/blues is my obsession in life which is why I still cannot bring myself to get my my hair cut to this day.”

Brilliant!😁

Our vision for ICEX GROUP is to be the most sustainable IT Asset Partner for large organisations. We’re striving to make a better world. A world where no technology assets ever get wasted and everyone has access to affordable technology. A world where technology assets are reused as much as possible, and when new assets are needed, they’re always sustainable. Only when they’ve reached the end of their life, and as a last resort, do they get recycled. And absolutely nothing goes to landfill.

Get in touch with our team if your organisation has redundant IT assets - for example, if you are getting new IT equipment and you need to remove, reuse or recycle your old equipment in a sustainable and data-secure way:
