Our Environmental Policy

IT Recycling Zero Landfill

We strive to reduce our carbon footprint and impact on the environment in every aspect of the delivery of our IT recycling services.

Our vehicles are on a regular replacement programme and are kept as up-to-date as possible. Using start/stop technology and well-planned logistics, helps us to keep our fuel efficiency high and emissions low.

Our Environment Agency licenses ensure we are up to date with current legislation and we take our legal responsibilities seriously. Our downstream partners must also comply with current regulations and standards.

When recycling electronics, we have a ZERO landfill policy for the equipment we collect and process. We look to our responsible processing policy, ensuring equipment is considered for repurposing and reuse first – in fact 56% of the equipment we have processed since 2014 has been reused.

Reducing Carbon Footprint in Every Aspect of Our Recycling Services

Breaking equipment down into component parts uses more energy and resources and is a process that should only be chosen after all other avenues have been explored. However, if recycling is the only option, we can guarantee that the correct disposal stream is selected considering the hazardous materials contained in modern office equipment.

The inventory we supply after processing delivers confirmation as to what has happened to your equipment and if it has been reused or recycled.

Please get in touch if you would like to talk to someone about how we can provide a solution to your IT Recycling and Data Disposal requirements.
