Our Accreditations

ICEX is focused on continued improvement of its resources, capabilities and compliance in line with evolving clients’ requirements and ever-changing legislation. See our accreditations below which demonstrate the high quality and consistency of our solutions and services.

ICEX is one of just 40 ADISA registered companies in the UK – out of some 700 ITAD’s (IT Asset Disposal) and 1000’s of clearance companies – so we are justifiably proud of our accreditation. The ADISA audit process is multi-layered including full audits, unannounced operational audits and forensic audits. This approach ensures ADISA Certified companies are constantly kept on their toes, with companies found to be substandard being suspended and others removed from the program. With free end user services such as tender review, compliance reporting and real-time monitoring, the ADISA certification program is something which many companies are now building into their requirements as a pre-requisite for their suppliers to hold.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet our customer and regulatory requirements.

ISO 14001 focuses on environmental management and putting systems in place to ensure organisations are managing their environmental responsibilities. Obtaining, ISO 14001 demonstrates our commitment to a systematic and process driven approach to reducing your environmental impact. It helps reduce waste and cost, whilst increasing profits.

ISO 27001 is the international standard that focuses on organisations ensuring information assets are secured. ISO 27001 demonstrates our credibility in providing a systematic and pro-active approach to keeping clients’ sensitive information and data secure.
