IT recycling and data destruction for business

April Newsletter

Welcome to the seventh edition of the ICEX newsletter. We aim to keep you up to date with what’s going on in the ITAD industry as well as what’s going on within ICEX. If there’s anything you’d like to see in the newsletter or something you want advice with then please contact us.

Did you know?
Physical security is just as important as digital security! Here at ICEX we have all the required security measures in place to ensure your redundant data and equipment isn’t compromised. As part of our ADISA membership, we are required to meet certain criteria to protect our premises from a potential break in. With meeting the standards that are set, our client can rest easy that their old equipment and data is secure.

The unannounced audits and security checks we are subject to mean that our security levels are high at all times. Have you been to see the premises your IT Disposal partner work from? If you have doubts about their physical security or digital security then it’s time to make a change!

Security Tip Of The Month

Cyber war is upon us. Every newsletter, ICEX will share some security tips to help you keep your sensitive information secure. We would love to hear from you, what security issues are concerning you?

Never leave your devices unattended. If you need to leave your computer, phone, or tablet for any length of time—no matter how short—lock it up so no one can use it while you’re gone. If you keep sensitive information on a flash drive or external hard drive, make sure to lock it up as well.
